SHOW NEWS 2025
NORTH WEST ALPACA GROUP SHOW
NWAGS is one of our local shows which means we are both able to attend.

We had entered a team of ten under judge Jay Holland and apprentice judge Kim Murray. We had the added bonus of having Peruvian judge Jose Berdejo assess our showteam giving us some very pleasing compliments.

First in the ring was Rivenherd Keira, who stood alone as she was the only grey female present. Jay was very complimentary and awarded her the Grey Female Championship.

Grey males were next and Rivenherd Keslo - 1st junior grey male and Grey Male Champion.

Rivenherd Kiki placed 3rd in Junior Black Female class.

BAS NATIONAL SHOW
BAS 2025 National Show was held at a new venue for us at the Staffordshire Show Ground. The show was judged by two International judges. Molly Gardner judged males while Peter Kennedy judged the females. The whole show was live streamed over three days and was brilliant to watch and be able to listen to the oral reseasoning. Joe took along a small team of six and all were placed.

First in the ring on the Friday afternoon was Rivenherd Keira who was 1st junior grey female and then awarded Reserve Champion Grey Female
Rivenherd Kiki was first in the ring on Saturday morning and up against some very stiff competition in the junior black female class but still managed a 4th place rosette.

Rivenherd Kevin judged on Saturday (day 2) - 2nd junior light male then Reserve Champion Light Male. Molly Gardner was so complimentary about him in her oral reasoning and that he just missed out on the Championship.
Rivenherd Kaleb also judged on Saturday and up against some very strong competition in the junior brown male class he was placed 5th but we were still happy with that, any rosette at the National is a good one.

Old Felton Ivy (owned by Rivenherd) did us proud - 1st intermediate light female, Champion Light Female.

Ivy was one of six pulled out by the judges on Sunday in the Supreme line up. We couldn't be more proud of her.
Rivenherd Kelso, Sunday last day of the show. Kelso placed 2nd junior grey male and then awarded Reserve Champion Grey Male. Molly gave some very positive feedback regarding our boy. Very happy with him.

NORTHERN HALTER SHOW

Rivenherd Kevin is a firm favourite of ours, already at such a young age he has real presence in the ring - 1st junior light male then Champion Light Male.

Rivenherd Kay was placed 3rd in a very competitive white junior female class.
